Support helps with account issues, disputes, and security concerns on the drughub darknet. This drughub link explains how to contact support, how to report phishing, and what support will—and will not—ask for.

Contact

Support is available through the ticket system inside the marketplace. Log in via Tor, go to the support or help section, and open a new ticket. Describe your issue clearly and attach any relevant evidence (screenshots, message logs, order IDs).

For sensitive information (e.g. account recovery details, dispute evidence), encrypt your message with the support PGP key. Verify the key fingerprint on the PGP Key page before encrypting. Never send passwords, 2FA codes, or recovery codes—support will never ask for them.

Do not seek support on clearnet platforms (forums, social media, email). Impersonators on the drughub darknet use those channels to steal credentials. Use only the official drughub link and ticket system when logged in via Tor.

Phishing

Phishing sites copy the look of the real marketplace to steal login details and funds. They often use similar URLs (e.g. darknet.drughub.live vs. drughub-fake.live). Always verify the exact URL before entering credentials or making payments.

Official URL only: darknet.drughub.live. This is the only secure drughub darknet gateway. Bookmark this drughub link and use it every time. Never follow links from forums, chat, email, or search results.

If you suspect you entered credentials on a phishing site, change your password and rotate 2FA immediately. Withdraw any remaining balance to your own wallet. Open a support ticket to report the phishing URL.

To report a phishing site, open a support ticket and include the URL, a screenshot if possible, and where you found the link. This helps warn other users and track impersonation attempts.

Tickets

When opening a ticket, choose the correct category (account, dispute, security, other). Provide a clear subject and description. For disputes, include order ID, vendor name, timeline, and evidence. Response times vary; avoid opening duplicate tickets for the same issue.

Support can help with: account access issues, dispute resolution, phishing reports, and general questions about the platform. Support cannot: recover funds sent to the wrong address, reverse finalized escrow without a dispute, or assist with issues outside the platform.
