Support PGP Key

This page hosts the Drughub Market support PGP public key. As part of the official drughub onion services, use it to encrypt sensitive messages when contacting support (e.g. account recovery, dispute evidence). Always verify the drughub link fingerprint before encrypting.

Fingerprint

Before importing or using the key, confirm the fingerprint matches:

This is a placeholder fingerprint. Replace it with the actual support key fingerprint when you have one. You can verify a key’s fingerprint with gpg --fingerprint or your PGP client’s key properties.

Public Key

Import this key into your PGP client (GnuPG, Kleopatra, etc.) before encrypting messages to support:

The real key will be published on the official marketplace (when accessed via Tor). This page is a clearnet mirror for verification—always cross-check with the key shown on the onion site.

Usage

When you need to send sensitive information to support (e.g. account details, dispute evidence), encrypt your message with this public key. Only the holder of the corresponding private key can decrypt it.

Steps: (1) Verify the fingerprint on this page. (2) Import the public key. (3) Compose your message. (4) Encrypt it to the support key. (5) Submit the encrypted message via the support ticket system. Do not send unencrypted sensitive data through plain-text channels.

Support will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, recovery codes, or private key. Anyone requesting those is impersonating support.
